This RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter the \u201cAgreement\u201d) is made and entered into on this\n[__ day of _, 20], by and between:<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n
Jack Daniels<\/strong>, an individual\nresiding at 38 A Andalous Street, Nerco Buildings, Maadi (hereinafter \u201cLandlord\u201d);<\/p>\n Jack Black<\/strong>, an individual\nresiding at Andlous Street, Nerco, Maadi (hereinafter \u201cTenant\u201d);<\/p>\n (Each a \u201cParty\u201d and collectively the \u201cParties.\u201d)<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 1.1 Purpose<\/strong>. The Parties desire to enter into this Agreement to set forth\nthe terms and conditions under which the Tenant will lease the property described herein.<\/p>\n 1.2 Property<\/strong>. The Landlord is the owner of certain real property located at Nehro (hereinafter the \u201cPremises\u201d).<\/p>\n These Recitals are an integral part of this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n Unless otherwise specified, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n 3.1 Lease Period<\/strong>. The lease term shall commence on January 1, 2027, and shall terminate on January 1, 2028, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.<\/p>\n 3.2 Renewal<\/strong>. This Agreement may be renewed or extended as the Parties may agree in writing.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 4.1 Monthly Rent<\/strong>. The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a monthly rent of $2,000.<\/p>\n 4.2 Payment Method<\/strong>. Rent shall be payable by [Specify Payment Method, e.g., bank transfer, check, etc.].<\/p>\n 4.3 Due Date<\/strong>. Rent is due on the first day of each month.<\/p>\n 4.4 Late Fee<\/strong>. There shall be no late fee if the rent is not paid on time.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 5.1 Amount<\/strong>. The Tenant shall deposit with the Landlord the sum of $2,000 as a security deposit.<\/p>\n 5.2 Use of Deposit<\/strong>. The security deposit shall be held by the Landlord as security for the performance of the Tenant\u2019s obligations under this Agreement.<\/p>\n 5.3 Return of Deposit<\/strong>. The security deposit shall be returned to the Tenant within [Specify Time Period, e.g., 30 days] after the termination of this Agreement, subject to any deductions for damages or unpaid rent.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 6.1 Tenant\u2019s Responsibilities<\/strong>. The Tenant shall be responsible for all maintenance and repairs of the Premises.<\/p>\n 6.2 Landlord\u2019s Responsibilities<\/strong>. The Landlord shall have no responsibilities regarding maintenance and repairs.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 7.1 Termination Notice<\/strong>. Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing one month\u2019s written notice to the other Party.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 8.1 Compliance<\/strong>. The Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while residing in the Premises.<\/p>\n 8.2 Consequences of Non-Compliance<\/strong>. There are no specified consequences if the Tenant fails to comply with the rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n 9.1 Force Majeure<\/strong>. Neither Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to a cause beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n 9.2 Governing Law<\/strong>. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction].<\/p>\n 9.3 Entire Agreement<\/strong>.
